How to pin or unpin chats
Learn how to pin or unpin chats to keep them at the top of your chat list.
Pin your most important chats so they always stay at the top of your chat list.
Pin or unpin a chat
- Press and hold a chat in your chat list.
- Tap any other chats you also want to pin or unpin.
- Tap the pin icon at the top.
- Press and hold a chat in your chat list.
- Tap Pin chat, or Unpin chat if it's already pinned.
A pinned chat shows a small pin icon in your chat list.
