Simple tools help you respond to unwanted contact, manage what others can see, and protect access to your HiYou account.
Report a user or group
Open the conversation details in HiYou and choose Report. Select a reason and submit it so the HiYou safety team can review the account or group.
Block a user
Blocking stops direct messages, calls, typing updates, and new private conversations between you and that person. You can review and unblock people from your privacy settings.
Control your privacy
Choose who can see your last-seen activity. HiYou supports everyone, contacts only, or nobody, so you can use the level that feels right.
Use disappearing messages
Set eligible conversations to remove messages after 24 hours, 7 days, 14 days, or 30 days. Participants can see when this setting changes.
Protect account access
Keep verification codes private and approve QR sign-in requests only when you started them. Review the browser name before approving a HiYou Business login.
