Sign in to HiYou Business
Use an in-app verification code, or a QR code, to access HiYou Business.
Sign in with a code
- Open the HiYou Business login page in your browser.
- Select your country and enter the phone number of your existing HiYou account.
- Click Agree and continue.
- Open HiYou on Android or iPhone, signed in to that account, and open the private conversation with the official ChatX account.
- Return to the browser, enter the six-digit code in Verification code, and click Verify.
- If Create your business workspace appears, enter Business name, optionally add Category and Website, then click Create sandbox. Existing business users go to their workspace.
Use Resend code if you need another code, or Change phone number to correct the number. This code is delivered as a message from the official ChatX account inside the app, not by SMS. Register in the mobile app first if you do not have a HiYou account.
Sign in with a QR code
On the login page, tap Login with QR code instead. Scan the code with HiYou on a phone that already has a business account, then approve the sign-in from your phone. This only works if you already have a workspace - new accounts still need the phone-number flow above.
The setup screen mentions starting in sandbox mode with administrator approval required before messaging customers, but neither currently applies - a new workspace is ready to send real customer messages immediately, with no waiting period.
