How to mark all chats as read
Clear the unread count from every chat at once on Android or iPhone.
Use Read all to mark every chat in your chat list as read at once.
- Open HiYou and go to Chats.
- Tap the three-dot menu at the top.
- Tap Read all.
- Open HiYou and go to Chats.
- Tap the ellipsis menu at the top.
- Tap Read all.
HiYou clears the unread count from all of your chats. This does not delete any messages or change your notification settings. New messages that arrive afterward will appear as unread normally.
If the unread counts do not clear, check your connection and try again.
