Record and send a voice message
- Press and hold the mic button in the message box.
- Keep holding and speak your message.
- Release to stop and send, or slide up to lock the recording and let go.
- If locked, tap the stop button when you're ready to send.

Cancel a recording
Slide the mic button to the left, or tap the trash icon that appears while recording, to discard it instead of sending.
Limits
A voice message can be up to 5 minutes long - recording stops and sends automatically if you reach that limit. Letting go almost immediately after pressing the mic button discards the recording instead of sending it.
