Play back a voice message you've sent or received, right from the chat.
Play a voice message
- If the voice message hasn't downloaded yet, tap the download icon first.
- Tap the play button to start listening.
- Tap it again to pause, then tap once more to resume from where you left off.

Scrub and change playback speed
Drag or tap the progress bar under the message to jump to a different point. Tap the speed pill next to it to cycle through 1x, 1.5x, and 2x playback speed - your choice carries over to every voice message you play afterward, on that device. A voice message you haven't opened yet shows a small dot until you play it.
